1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Programs)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of digital goods.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at reset@resetwithricci.com for support.
2. Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges for eligible physical products under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. (This does not apply to teas and/or supplements, unless the order has arrived incorrect)
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Consumable products (such as teas and/or supplements).
Sale or clearance items.
