1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Programs)

  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

  • Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of digital goods.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at reset@resetwithricci.com for support.

2. Physical Products

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible physical products under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. (This does not apply to teas and/or supplements, unless the order has arrived incorrect)

  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Consumable products (such as teas and/or supplements).

  • Sale or clearance items.
